We all assembled at the college at 8 a.m. and left the college in a van. We reached the factory at 10 oclock. An engineer-in-charge of product received us at the entrance and gave a truncated introduction to the factory. We were given masks to be worn. Then he took us around from one naval division to the next and explained the transition involved in the making of tyres. The organiseers were doing the work concentrated. Everyone was wearing masks.

The visit came to an ending at 3.00p.m. We left the premises at 3.30p.m. It was an informative, interesting and a successful visit. As students of Mechanical Engineering.
